Return & Exchange Policy

1. Size Exchange Guarantee

If the sandal size you ordered does not fit perfectly, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address and dispatch the correct size completely free of charge!

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Item must be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Sandals must be unworn, unused with original tags & brand shoe box intact.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse or outdoor wear will not be eligible.

3. Refund Policy

For prepaid orders returned due to manufacturing defects, full refunds will be credited back to your original payment source (UPI/Card) within 5-7 working days.
